Uki uki!Its Monkey D. Luffy
His best friends are monkeys!! ... and his Mugiwara Crew of course...
I watched a bit too much funny moments of One Piece, and Luffy was so hilarious, that I just had to draw him xD
This is some mix technique I used, Copic / Touch Marker united with colored pencils.
