Vale's Scent may leave her in her liger form, but usually this strengthens her immunity to outside forces changing her as with Dana or Barry.
But as Vale found it trying to cosplay the Archbishop Rhea, those of equal strength equal to Bast can still overwhelm her.
So you can imagine everyone's surprised upon realising that the ligeress speaking to them was not Vale, but Rhea herself.
But despite the surprise, Rhea is more than happy to take part in Vale's latest cosplay event. Even if she's still unsure how to cope with a feline body.

A commission done by the amazing of Vale somehow ending up with Rhea possessing her.
Honestly, you'd think after seeing Gale and Barry both get turned into Rhea that Vale would avoid wearing her crest.
Having said that, her soft spot for green haired girls is rather strong at times.
