This is a very fitting cartoon style for Betty Noire. The round lines and smooth textures juxtapose the menacing demeanor of Betty well. However, one main criticism of the drawing is the palette. Glitchtale's original portrayal of Betty, although canon to Camila Cuevas's vision, isn't very pretty to look at. Because of the high saturation you used, it makes the bad colour palette stand out more, although your use of shadows does show you tried at softening the clash.
Another point to be wary of is that the determination soul does not stand out against Akumu due to the colours being near identical. This also applies to Betty's hair against Akumu too. The back-shadow is a good idea, however, it should be further up past the legs, as it gives the impression she has no legs.
On a positive note, the shape of her jumper, hair and eye(s) is very cute, and with some work on the points I have made before this, I can see that this will be a very great piece of Betty and Akumu. The style and brush strokes perfectly match the shapes of the characters, and adds to the juxtaposition of her persona and her real self.
