Description This is for ~LemmieLem for winning #Musical-fans 's latest contest! It was a really fun request, since I got to do pretty much whatever I wanted... Hope you like the result!

I saw PotO in London (review coming up! Also, it was fun noticing the man who played Monsieur André both times I've seen PotO was Bamatabois in TAC) and was reminded of how much I like it. Right after seeing it I was trying to be cool and was all "okay, I don't need to see that again in a while", but in reality I miss it already...
And Notes/Prima Donna is one of my favourite musical songs and scenes (do I smell another blog entry? Yes, I do). So, when given the task of "have fun!" with PotO as the subject, it was pretty obvious to go with it.

The Phantom of the Opera is not mine.
My Piangi is heavily influenced by this brilliant comic.

Great drawing, I love the style everything, awesome!!
I like that song too, but it's just... impossible to follow though. That is one of those songs where I simply CAN NOT make up what everybody is saying, lol.
And yea, I get what you're saying. I just cannot get enough of that show... just after I saw it I also was like "Nice, but that was enough." But right when I stepped out of the theatre I was like "Damnnnn.... can I go another time please :3" lol!

This is an especially Burton-ish image for you -- it makes me want a little doll of that spindly Meg, that you can bend into dance poses. The dark lips and sunken eyes make Madame Giry look super-gothic, which really does suit her role and attitude in the musical. I love Piangi's 'whatever, not interested' expression. And the skull seal, drawn all goofy-cute!

Notes/Prima Donna on loistava kappale ja aivan loistava lavalla. Olet kiteyttänyt hahmoissa sen, mikä heissa on tuon kohtauksne aikana olennaisinta. Erityisesti pidän Raoulin ilmeestä (maailma tarvitsee kolmen sääliön yhteiskonsertin) ja Carlottan koira on loistava.

Kiinnostavinta olisi, ketkä rooleihin valitaan! Nick Jonas voisi vetää sääliömittarin turhan punaiselle, ehkä joku uskottavampi kuitenkin...

Nick Jonas veisi huomion kaikilta muilta, mutta se vasta mielenkiintoista olisikin, jos Anthonyn roolin vetäisi Jamie Campbell Bower ja Raoulin Patrick Wilson, saataisiin kaikki kolme viimeisimmillä DVD-taltioinneilla mukana olleet sääliöiden näyttelijät. Mutta ehkäpä jotkut astetta uskottavammat voisivat vetäistä oikein kunnon sääliöpaketin.

Ensin uskottavat sääliöt lavalle, sitten encoreksi sääliöistä sääliöimpien yhteis-Johanna (ultimaattinen stalkkerilaulu!) tai jotain...

Aiheutit sairaalle ihmiselle niin kovan repeämiskohtauksen, etten saanut hetkeen henkeä. Supersääliömme voisivat vetästä encoreksi Johannan, koska siitähän stalkkerius todella paljastuukin. Voin melkein kuvitella myös, kuinka se-kuka-ikinä-laulaisikaan-Mariuksen-roolin laulamassa "She was just like a ghost to me!" ja Raoulin näyttelijällä on todella epäilevä katse, johtuen luultavasti siitä, että kummitukset tuovat hänen mieleensä jotain ihan muuta. (olipa selkeä selitys, kyllä kannattaa kirjoitella ideansa ylös sairaana).

Oi, tuota kuvaa on jäätävä odottamaan innolla. Siitä tulee jotain todella upeaa. Sääliöt laulamassa Johannaa, voi siitä tulee kaunista.
Flunssahan tämä, toivottavasti ei äidy pahemmaksi. (on aina yhtä hauskaa olla särkylääkkeen voimin koulussa)

Flunssa tuntuu iskevän vähän joka toiseen ihmiseen heti koulun alussa - kai se on sitä, että kesän aikana elimistöstä on hävinnyt vastustuskyky syödä sitä soppaa (johon joku on aivastanut) kauhalla (jota kuusisataa räkäistä kättä on käpälöinyt)... Toivottavasti pian helppaa!

Minun vuoroni: Youtubeeeeeen! Ei Colmin versio todellakaan ole hullumpi, tykkäsin siitäkin aika paljon. Mutta jokin omituinen seikka saa minut pitämään Michael Ballista enemmän. (hah, seuraavaksi vielä Michael Crawfordin version vuoro, katsotaan kiilaako toisen Michaelin yläpuolelle)
