Well... After the events of PSMD, Darkrai regained his memory and went into hiding as the pokemon feared he would scheme to harm time or Dialga again. Yveltal was not longer trusted and isolated for what he had done when under Dark Matter's power. Darkrai formed himself a village of outlaws under his alias name of "Hood". It was a safe haven for outlaws who were needing a sanctuary from the misguided police force. This village became a huge secret among outlaws and they even developed their own secret mail system. One day Darkrai discovered a Sylveon passed out on the floor of the forest and brought them into the village and mentored them. When the pupil was ready to depart...he gave them a few items to take on their journey. About a year later, changes were made to how outlaws were treated and how guilds handled things. The International Guild Society was forged and the newest exploration badge was born. The NANO badge.Β
Enter Marshadow...a young legendary who has heard the legacy of the Sylveon and seeks him out to join his team as he believes that the Sylveon is the one who is responsible for all these positive changes in the world. The sylveon explains that his ideas were given birth from the one who helps protect outlaws. Marshadow determined to find this person and ask to make a team with them. He was shocked to find out it was Darkrai who imparted such wisdom to the sylveon. Darkrai is unsure about leaving the village but agrees to help make the team on one condition...and that would be getting Yveltal. Marshadow had no issue with this and the two sought out Yveltal. Yveltal was in hiding in a deep cave...devoid of life. He had come to believe himself a killer and hid away to avoid doing such.Β
He was surprised to find Marshadow and Darkrai come to him and ask to join their team they were forming. Yveltal didn't think it was wise as he was a death bringer. Marshadow wanted nothing of that negative talk and his confidence and encouragement gave Yveltal that needed hope and he agreed to join the team.Β
Upon being asked what they wanted to be called, Marshadow looked at Yveltal and Darkrai and said that even though they all have a dark heart...it was what made them who they are and through their Black Hearts...they would make a new name for themselves. And that day...Team Black Heart was formed.

Far from it.Β
It takes the Connection Globe and makes it the central system of the badge. Notice that the badge is just sticking to Marshadow and Yveltal? It has unique components that let it do that.
