Well, the general quality of your drawing has improved. And probably also the time taken, as you've only had your tablet for, what, two days?
As for the guy himself, hm... Well, he's obviously a pirate of sorts, though it marks the first time I can recall a pirate wears chaps. Interesting Couatl tattoo, too.

\8D/ I got it like 12 hours ago. And I've drawn like a bajillion pictures. I haven't drawn this much since - *rambles on for several minutes*
...Umyeah. Pirate. Yes. I gave him chaps because his pants were boring. D:
