Hello I'm from
This reference seems very thought out, I like how you included his expressions, naked ver of his body as well as his outfits,
and most importantly the lenght of the wings. I believe you included everything that's important to make a good reference.
In terms of visual choices on the reference - I really don't like the backgroud, it does fit however in this scenario you would want to make focus on the characters and each of their details, and since the background blends with him so much it's hard to do so (duller background would help). I also don't like the blobs of colors (i understand color sheme) you left handing randomly there. I would reccomend either making them a neat chart somewhere on the side or on the bottom, or get rid of it completely as you have base colors laid out on the character, so everything can be easily picked out.
Now for the character and your style - I already pointed out the base coloring which is a good choice in reference sheets, lineart seems a bit too square-ish and stiff, proportions are off in few places, especially arms and face. I also would drop the gray strands in his hair.
As much as I like the "random spots of fur" idea, since it makes the character more original, it's really hard to define what it is, I'm no fur-expert so I can't really give a good advice on it, but I would reccomend studying drawing it especially from other animals that also suffer fur loss, to see how the fur acts and looks like in that scenario.
He seems like interesting character~ You did nice job on (for a lack of better word) developing him
I would love to know what kind of hybrid he is?

The background of the ref sheet is too dark and I know the details like the hair is hard to see, and I am going to update this with white borders, labels and a more organized color pallet. He is a hybrid, in which he altered/replaced his DNA with an original alien species, not born that way. But I don't really know anything about genetics though. Also sorry for replying so late, I didn't really get around to it until just now.

Commenting from ProjectComment ^^
He looks like a pretty cool character, especially with those huge colorful wings and ears. The face style is fun and unique, too.
For a character sheet, I find it a bit cluttered and might suggest keeping it more simple. Personally I'd keep outfit designs on one sheet, front/side/back reference on another with the facial expressions. And while the front view with spread wings looks quite cool, you could easily show the wing span on the regular front view. If they all really need to be on the same sheet, you could consider choosing a main outfit for the front/back, keep alternate outfits smaller next to them and move the facial expressions to the other side.
The background could also be a lot brighter, or a white outline could be added to the character, because his silhouette and details tend to disappear on darker areas like the hair and arms.
One last small thing you could look into is the purple areas on the body. I find it hard to tell if it's fur or feathers, and a little bit more detail in the shape and shading could help make it more clear.
Overall though it seems like an interesting, well thought out concept. The style is fun, the color scheme gives him a mysterious vibe, and the feathers are quite well drawn too!

Thanks for the complement on the charter design. I know that it's cluttered but I wanted to get everything on the same picture. I am going to update this with having an outline and labels. With the purple areas, it's a mix of mostly fur and feathers.

if hes more attracted to men then women that is considered homoflexible
homoflexible-
Primarily homosexual , but with a limited amount of attraction to the opposite sex, or willingness to take part in a heterosexual activity
just a reminder, hes got a very creative design tho!

I have considered editing it to be homoflexible but I have always imagined Derek as bi. Because he is equally sexually attracted to both men and women. I put "is more romantically attracted to men" because most of his relationships having a more romantic interest is with males. He has only been with 2 so it isn't exactly guaranteed.
