Description I love this pairing! Code Geass has a ton of pairings throughout the series and and I'm pretty sure this one's my fav

I really appreciate the thought behind this scene in the anime. Placing the tip of the sword to his heart and literally offering one's life to his princess, though dramatic, or maybe because it's dramatic just screams loyalty. (though not quite like Orange)

I have to also say that the Glaston Knights and Guilford wear the dumbest shade of red/burgundy EVER! I had to mix about three colors just to get it to be the shade that it is. I debated for a long time on whether or not to draw him in this or create a fancier overcoat or something to wear, but In the end I just decided to go with his traditional uniform, and for Cornelia I used the scene form one of the endings that shows her and Euphie to get the details in her dress.

this really is lovely and breathe taking. I did love the dramaticness of the tip of the sword at the heart. Out of the whole series and pairing. I always felt this was the most sincere one of actual love and devotion.

It's a fun color. Try finding something to use for a cosplay for him (and then having the person going as him ditch you at the last moment making it all worthless...)

I really always wanted to see this scene for them as some sort of flashback. I loved the one of Euphy and Suzaku (it's actually up on my wall) and I thought of how much I wanted to see Guilford and Cornelia do the knighthood ceremony because they're both SO intense and it would have been like twenty times the sexual tension of Euphy and Suzaku....

Anyway, thanks for drawing this, this pairing doesn't get enough love, and it's my favorite in the show and one of my all-time favs in general.
