Lol sorry about the late response to your note, but here's some critique. It's gonna be short though. xD
I really like the mane and tail, you got the flow right and the strands are nice. I would make the highlights more prominent though, at the places where the light hits strongest. The horse seems to be a color that doesn't match the color of the mane and tail too much though. I would darken the muzzle and hooves of the horse as well as try to smooth it out just a bit, and maybe define the muscles. I love the way your blurred the BG, but the main thing that is bothering me about this manip is the lighting. The BG's lighting is tricky to work with, with the light seeming to come from the back and left. I would either create a light source of your own or try to adjust the lighting on the horse to match. Overall, great job, you've really improved since last time I critiqued.
