I got the idea for this one when I was watching the GLTAS episode from a couple of weeks ago and noticed how different Razer and Kilowog's interactions were compared to how they were in, say, "Into the Abyss". And I love how Kilowog thinks of Razer as one of the team so much that he tosses Razer the Manhunter helmet to power up like a GL. Of course, in that case, his acceptance of Razer made for a funny moment, but here I thought of a moment where his acceptance might feel more meaningful to Razer... I know how much having to recite that horrible oath really gets to him.Related content

Despite his disgusting habits, Killowog was my favorite, besides Razer and Aya. You made an amazing work, the first time I saw it, I thought it was a scanned page of an old GL magazine.
One of my favorite parts in the series is when Aya suggests a new oath to Razer, but it doesn't work and he truly seems disappointed that her effort was in vain. It ocurred me that, perhaps later, when Aya
went berserk, that perhaps Razer found himself unable to use the red lanterns' hateful oath, because anger (except of himself) was abandoning him, so he tried Aya's and it worthed. Then he would use it secretly, until he became a blue lantern.

I love this, it really reflects how both the relationship between Kilowog and Razer evolved over the course of the show and Razer's own personal transformation complete with Blue Lantern ring tease by the end of the journey. Still curious as to what his new threads would have looked like as a blue.
Such a shame that they cancelled the series. Only real gripe I had was the changes to the Red Lantern oath, but considering it was primarily aimed at kids I fully understand why they did. Maybe one day DC/WB will learn that something doesn't have to be Batman related to be good? The Green Lanterns alone are a bag of ideas fit to burst if handled and marketed properly...
