I dunno.I heard 40-50% of people have that problem. 
I stay up until like 12am everynight pretty muchhh. and usually around 4am or 5am on weekends and breaks.
Maybe we're just weirdos bahahahaha.

i know OMG i thught there was something seriously wrong with me and so i started taking sleeping pills but then after like a week I HATED THEM. i mean yeah i was getting a lot more sleep but then i just felt like there wasn't enough time in the day. i felt like i wasn't getting enough done....then the last day that i took them...it was like the sleeping effect was wearing off...sorta. it was turning into more of a high... it was weird. but i say try it. because it affects people differently so yeah.
and my hair is all dry and there's split ends EVERYWHERE! but oh well...it doesn't really matter. not to me or, frankly, anyone else.

That's like how I feel now.. Like I should be awake all the time because I never get anything done otherwise, and theres just not enough time in I sleep.
I had insane split ends too... until I hacked all my hair off!?!? bahaha. I don't really care much about them tho

yeah!! thats exactly how i feel...and why is that?!! i can't go to sleep especially on school nights! you have NO IDEA how many days i've gone to school without any sleep AT ALL. i mean, that's how it was today! most of the time i don't go to sleep because i feel like i have to do so many things. and other times i'm scared to have frekin nightmares. cuz my nightmares aren't just like "i dreamed i was lost and there was someone following me"...NO...they're more like " i dreamed that i was sleeping and then something kept touching my head and woul'dn't let me move. it's like i was frozen" and the weird thing is, i'll wake up and i'll still feel it...like some weird presence. FUCK i sound like a crazy person now. 
my friend Cameron has the same problem, so he went to the doctor and he got them...then he started hating them the same way i did...so i told him that i could NEVER sleep. so he told me to try them out...so yeah...but you should prolly go to the docs and get your own prescription...it sounds a lot safer. lol
biosilk?? is it expensive? i'm gonna google it.

Maybe the pills had a weird effect on you cause they weren't prescribed to you.O_O Cause there could be different pills for symptoms and stuff. Or body weight and height. I think I will get em. I just feel like it's my own fault I can't sleep and it's stuff in my life I could change, but I dunno. I can't drink coffee FOREVER, all day, everyday... even though I wouldn't mind that so much bahaha.

Rays sister gave me some all natural sleep aids though.
They didn't really do much....
But I kinda calmed down for a while. Insomnia comes and goes randomly for me.
So maybe when it comes back I'll get some melatonin or whatever it's called, cause that's what Breeanna uses and I guess it works like.. Magic.
