Thats great. It could be a stranded-at-sea buoyancy aid. You sit in the bubbles and they float and you wait for a ship to come along. Also, you can run inside them, so that they move faster. But wait? How could you breathe in them? Oh yes! Make holes so air can get in. But then water would get in and it would sink. hmm. We seem to be in a bit of a situation.

If you ran inside one of those you would get no traction on the surface of the water, therefore you would just stay in the same place. It's just simple physics really, i'm surprised Statichurrricane didn't get that, but with his meat-eating-to-defy-gravity theory, i wouldnt have expected him to.
