Description
Mechanized legs can be a hassle for a pegasus, since they're not exactly fit for cloud-walking. This can be avoided only by using prothesis made of a lightweight alloy, commonly used only for airships and called Raritanium.
Notice how the hindleg replacements have a special paintable panel to allow a pony to retain their cutie mark. They are also designed to allow maximum thrust.
The forelegs are instead designed for greater flexibility.
Asymmetric prothesics need to be well-calibrated to match their organic counterpart: a mechanized wing needs to be perfectly tuned to fly just as fast as its original counterpart.
The eyepiece, unlike the other mechanisms, doesn't quite replace the original eye- such technology hasn't been perfected yet- instead, it works much like a sonar; while useful to see in the dark, it cannot detect colours and it only partly balances the loss of depth perception.

EDIT: Coloured it. I like how it came out.
I wasn't sure what colour to use for the Raritanium plates; i considered a darker, brassy tone and a silvery gray but i think this dark gold, very shiny tone is perfect.
