First off, I want to say what a great, detailed drawing this is. I study weapons a lot, and this id pretty damn cool. It isn't really a halberd, though. This is what's called a guisarme. A halberd must have a pole (over 4 feet), an axe head, a spear point and either a hook, spike, or small hammer opposite the axe.

It's more like a glaive I think.. Guisarme have some hooks on the blade - and the edge of this weapon is smooth.

That's only partially right. What defines a Guisarme from a glaive is the existance of a hook that is incorporated into the blade that can be used to snag. The way this weapon is hooked back at the point classifies it as a guisarme. Keep studying!
