if only the background didn't bugger it up, I spent an hour doing this and it was my first attempt on drawing this old 80s character Dogtanian, been years now since I seen him ^^Yeah, was playing piano one day and I suddenly amazingly by heart, just got the tune out, I still remember it after nearly 17 years of experiencing the cartoon.
My dad was impressed and Carlos my dog just sat there wagging his tail XD anyway hope you like it
Try going on YouTube or so to remember it, already I can play the tune in G chords on piano ;D
Dogtanian brave, hot headed, handsome, young, adventourous and of course notable for his nose flashing red when he gets angry. Wow I still remember that all those years @___@

This looks great, it looks like you've used some sort of water based paint. I know you didn't, it just looks like it. But this looks superb! I see you're also a Dreamstone fan! ^_^

Cool. BTW you do know that Dreamstone is out on DVD right. There's only 2 volumes at the moment with 3 episodes on each.

Oh wow! Well you should be able to buy it online or some high street stores like HMV or Zavvi should have one or two copies. But you can also try the official Abbey DVD Shop. Abbey is the distributor of the DVD's by the way.

Yep. Unfortunatily though no other volumes are planned for release for the time being, as Abbey isen't really the best distributor out there.

Hopefully the back catalog of Filmfair shows currentily owned by a Canadian company called Cookie Jar Entertainment, will be brought out by someone who might release each series in the form of box sets.

yeah, for me.. I used to watch it when I was pretty young too but after that I just forgot it -_- then I found it by chance at youtube and I said "OMG I know this dog O_O" and I watched finally the complete first season.. you can find it at youtube with the name of "Dartacan" but it's only in Spanish D:

I'd forgotten his nose went red when he was angry. Nice pic, would look even better with some ink lines I reckon, but maybe that's just personal preference.
