The Numix theme has been updated on Github with some fixes for GTK 3.14. Could you please rebase this theme on the new version?

Those window buttons look like the theme does not have proper support for Unity window decorations and/or that image files are not rendered from the Unity folder. Or maybe you wanted them like that on purpose?

its a FLAT ui! ultra flat icons are the best flat icon set for linux out there nice work!

No, it's a copy-paste from other existing themes for the most part.
It's principally based on Flattr icon theme and Elementary. I only have created/modified the folder icons and some applications icons...
