Her mother (Solaria The Monster Carver) didn't have a problem with that; she was just worried because her daughter was suffering from being an outcast and being mocked for being different. She'd go full "mama bear-mode" on everybody who mocked and bullied her daughter, and was extremely supportive towards Imago. In the end, she created a spell to change Imago's body to a female one.
Her father was not that supportive at first, believing it was "a phase" and that "he'd grow out of that" (while also being worried what people would say and that they'd never accept Imago as their queen and eventually try to overthrow her). He and Solaria had a few fights about that, but in the end, Solaria always won (as I said, mama bear). He later made up his mind when he saw how happy Imago was with her biological sex matching her gender. In the end, he was really proud of his daughter.
Fun Fact: The first time he actually called her "my daughter" was when she was fifteen, after she successfully defended a village from monsters and came back to the castle. She was greeted by a cheering crowd, her father amongst them, cheering "That's my daughter! That's my girl!". Even though she usually didn't show any "weak" emotions in public, that comment made her cry a tear of joy.

I like to think that Imago and her husband had a "best buddy"-like relationship. They became friends during Imago's teenage years, he'd be one of the few people who could make her take a break from her studies and do some fun stuff with him. Also, they liked to play pranks on each other, even when they were adults already, meaning, sometimes servants would see the queen chasing her husband through the castle or vice versa (sometimes while still wearing pyjamas). While the public would always know Imago as an elegant, graceful and powerful queen, her husband would get to know her more playful and happy side.
She had a very good relationship with her daughter, always trying to give her the same support Solaria had shown towards her. Her daughter tried a lot to be like Imago, because society expected a lot from her, which would sometimes be downright overwhelming for the young princess (who was not as interested in creating powerful spells as her mother, but prefered doing tasks with her own hands, like art, especially pottery). Despite their interests being quite different, Imago would always encourage her to go her own way and even participate in her daughter's hobbies. Her daughter had one strict rule about that: No magic.
Fun Fact: Imago broke that rule once (while her daughter wasn't looking), because she got frustrated about the potter's wheel turning too slowly. However, the spell went sideways and the wheel started turning so fast the clay splashed on Imago's clothes and in her hair. At first, her daughter wanted to scold her, but when she saw her mother covered in clay, she burst out in laughter and couldn't stop laughing for nearly half an hour. That was when her daughter was thirteen, shortly before turning fourteen and inheriting the wand.

How did the magic high commision and glossaryck treat her

The Magic High Commission was quite sceptical at first, not of her as a person, but of her magical abilities, since this was indeed an unusual way of inheriting the want. But she proved herself to them (actually, they were quite amazed by her powers) and was accepted as an equal member. I think the fact that she was a transwoman wasn't an issue to them, since I don't believe they had a strict view on gender and gender roles.
Glossaryck, while accepting Imago as a student, tended to belittle her, question her abilities and be quite a jerk sometimes. When Solaria called him out on that, he'd explain that he has seen that challenging her and doubting her would not discourage her, but rather make her give her absolute best and push her limits. However, he never deliberately misgendered her or anything (pretty sure Solaria would've ripped out his throat then).
Btw, I wanted to thank you for your questions, they kinda inspired me to draw the tapestry of Imago's daughter, whom I named Minerva the Crafter.
