Oh my gosh! Thanks! How do I do this? Uhhh...that's a good question. I did it at 2 am so I'm not sure if I remember all the steps. First, dramatic makeup. second, curves, saturation, and diffused glow. I saved it as I went and I did the most dramatic manipulations last.
