thats really nice. ^^ the first thing that caught my eye was the reflections on the water. ^^

The reflections on the wzter are beautiful. I think that's what makes the picture. I don't mind the lights on the buildings being overexposed, and I like the lights that turn into stars.

the colors on the water are simply amazing but i'm afraid the lights in the tower are too highlighted and over exposed, still looks good though, good job!
