I really like the mood and the jacket 
Even the light on his face is very nice
And then the best at last:
The head.
The hair and the make-up are really gorgeous, and the contrast of his eye-colour is wonderful.
There could be more of him, of you both have time and inspiration
Somehow this whole picture calms me down. (Or the aura of your brother. So or so... Now I could relax.)
For me it's just one of the perfect ones.

His hair.. is.. absolutely amazing. He looks like a graceful dark character indeed, and a touch of a creature of night. His eyes seem to betray nothing and thrive with it.

I like the emphasis of the ice-blue eyes.
He'd be amazing pulling off cosplaying as Kiba's human-illusion form from Wolf's Rain. Dat expression....
Another character he'd be amazing a pulling off is definitely Fai's master, Ashura from Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles... CLAMP does amazing, but pretty difficult outfits for their characters.
The list will continue. No person is spared from potential ideas even if it is of a costume of a well-known published work or a potential character design...
