+he had the spiral thing... original design for the drummer of local band SupercabrΓ³n (which would translate as Superpimp). now he's only wearing my art. [link] and a wrist and forearm piece.mad stippling style inspired by nigel palmer . i know he has a dA account, but i couldn't remember the name. go look at his stuff, he's doing some very original work.

i'm so proud of this, i uploaded it here instead of on my scraps where my other tattoos are.+

I saw Palmer's stuff years ago and I kept thinking about getting something like that stippled stuff he did, but I kept asking myself the question - how long the dots will linger? I know how ink can.. mm what's the right term..? expand? I'm quite cautious about this..

wow...talk about patience. i did a piece of stippling, but it wasn't on a person's skin and i'd do a little every day to keep myself from going crazy. do you like what you do?

+do i like what i do? you mean tattooing? it is a fun thing to do, and it makes one look at art in a new way: it will always go unsigned and walk away on you, you'll do your best job within the client's needs which sometimes can be restraining (i'll just sigh and get the work done), but often you get the chance to give your twist or improve a design. i love doing custom work and working the images with the customer from scratch. oh, and the feeling you get when you do your best and the client is just delighted and can't stop staring at the new tattoo... that's priceless

i don't think i could let my artwork just walk away from me...i'm selfish in that manner, but it's understandable. it really is a different type of art.
