✦ History: CW: Missing people, running away, vague depression.
Harbor never considered their life a bad one. Though their family was never well-off, living in a small, off-the-map village just north of the Emerald Enforcer's typical juristiction, they lived comfortably thanks to the help of local Blue-Spirit Outlaws, their parents even joining them further down the line to both pay back their kindness but also to try to pursue a more stable means of income, their own small business unsurprisingly petering out considering their remote location. Along the way, Harbinger encountered Moshpit, a runaway Joltik looking for shelter, and Harbor's family happily took in their new friend and later partner.
Their life was on the up and up, Harbor happily remaining with their parents even into early adulthood, trying to decide what to do with their life.
And then their parents vanished.
It hadn't been the first; a handful of other Pokemon from their little town had vanished, but never two at once. Moshpit clearly felt the loss, but Harbinger moreso, rarely leaving the house and sleeping in his lost parents' bed. Why was no one doing anything? The reason was unclear; was it because they were just outside the Emerald Enforcer's juristiction? Was it because of their affiliation with the Blue-Spirit Outlaws? Did Tremel's law enforcers have something to do with it? It wasn't clear, but Harbinger wasn't going to do anything about it until Moshpit, seeing his partner's sorrow, suggested they become Outlaws like their parents had. Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer after all; not only would it give them resources to help look for Harbinger's parents, but get them closer to the Emerald Enforcers to see if they had anything to do with it, or if they actually had any information on it. And, hell, following in their parents' footsteps would at the very least feel like they were doing them justice.
And, so, taking up their parents' team name 'Lucky Krows', Harbinger and Moshpit joined the Blue-Spirit Outlaws.
✦ Personality: Serious, sensitive, unexpressive, loving, vindictive.
When Harbinger loves, they love hard. Though showing it comes rather unnaturally, their feelings towards others are inwardly strong; their parents, Moshpit, even some others in their village, all they want is to see them prosper and happy. They feel strongly, from anger to sadness to joy, though only those they're close to can easily tell when they are feeling any of those. They maintain a serious persona, highly focused and driven, traits that were only reinforced by their parents' disappearances. They're metholodical and intellectual, enjoying the planning of things and seeing those plans come to fruition. They have issues taking breaks and when asked what they're doing, will often respond with 'give me a minute, I'm busy.' They are more than content to speak up against injustice, often snapping at those who turn to them to ask about Moshpit and his opinions, stating that they can ask Moshpit itself and that he's an autonimous being of his own.
✦ Other:
- Harbinger serves as the team 'leader', ultimately having the final say on what they do and when. They deal with the conversations and hands-on work, happy to let Moshpit remain in his comfort zone, whereever that may be.
- Both Harbinger and Moshpit wear ther Veracity mark only when they know they wont be around any Lawmons; otherwise, they wear the Purity mark.
✦ Trivia:
- Harbinger is 22 years old.
- Harbinger and Moshpit consider themselves 'partners', interacting somewhat romantically but without a label other than that: partners.
- Harbinger speaks a bit of Swedish, their old village a bit isolated and deriving from a long-ago settlement of Pokemon that came from another region that spoke the language. While the village's first language is Common, a bit of the other language has persisted.
- Harbor's demand that others ask Moshpit directly if they have questions about him is a point of tension within their relationship; Moshpit understands the sentiment but doesn't like being put on the spot, while Harbor grows frustrated by the idea that Moshpit isn't their own being and instead just an extension of Harbinger themself.
- Harbinger's cloak and hat were originally their mother's and they are rarely caught without them nearby.
- Harbinger's mother was a Zoroark, however their father was a Dusk Lycanroc, leading to the red studs of rock-like points around their neck.
- Harbor sometimes associates himself with
