Ahhh daaaang I love the Mario bros.
I think in light of all the things that's happened to them, Luigi sometimes has the tendency to get jealous of all of Mario's fame (seen mostly in the N64 Paper Mario), but over all of it, he really loves his big brother
So this is a sort of "whee!" hug that all little dimpy morons like Luigi would give, while the reciever of the hug would be like "yeah, allright, you're cute."
