Indeed they are difficult hand positions. I like the overall pose tho - it's very different. BIG STOMPY BOOTS. Mwahahahahaha!

Nice to see Pyramid Head hasn't lost his popularity...or his reputation, for that matter.
I'd say the pose and shading is pretty appropriate, and the hand doesn't bother me at all. Though it would've had a creepier effect if the hand was bigger, as if he was really close to you.... 0_0
There's one thing I have to ask. Was the meshed fingers on the left hand a concious design choice, like how PH's gloves are in SH 2? Though, he more or less resembles the one seen in the movie, and in SH 5.
And while I'm sure most of us know that we're looking at Team Silent's love-child and Konami's product, it would've been nice to put a small mention.
Still, awesome sketch. There's less and less pictures of him floating around these days; guess Parental Supervision put it's foot down.

Yeah, I tried to make it noticeably bigger, but I didn't want to make it too out of whack. I tried 
Yeah, I did the melted fingers like they are in the games (some of them), and I wasn't aware they were like that in the movie, and I haven't been able to play SH 5...which makes me sad.
I have the mentions to copy right in my other deviations of him, so I felt it was okay to leave it out this one time
