Sorry for how late the delivery on this is, it got late enough at one point I decided to update and paint it which tooook longer even then I wanted it to x_x 
October is a rough month, I hit a weird depressive patch between september-october where I was creating but it didn't feel like my heart was in it. I hope to pull out of that soon, but I suppose we will see. I am happy with how this turned out through it though! Feel like this piece was the one to push me through that. I've drawn this character before and they're always such a delight with so many themes to them!
I'll be working on personal pieces now for a little! Commissions are open, just not greatly advertised. If you want something please message me!

Oh, I just adore this!

You captured Sindar perfectly. I love the expression of curiosity. The lighting and shading are fantastic, too, especially when rendered in your painterly style. They give everything a nice feeling of weight and form.


I really appreciate the included plants! They provide a lot of visual interest without being distracting, and I enjoyed looking at all of the little details in them. And they absolutely fir the character!


Thank you again for working on this for me! I'll definitely be printing out a copy.

Holy crap Moonsong it's been over a year on my end sorry I forgot to reply! I'm so so glad that you like the piece- I can't describe how much I always love illustrating your characters. I don't know if I've ever said but I was so deeply in love with your work growing up around here on DA so any time I get a chance to illustrate for you it warms my heart
