Description
"When the green fog rolls in over the hills, you better get to the shelter in the middle of town and wait it out. Some folk believe there's monsters in the fog, but that ain't exactly true. See, the fog is a monster itself. When it comes rollin' in, you can hear it howling and moaning, and the creaking and snapping of boards as it tears down walls and makes off with whatever it came to get, usually food or scrap metal. Of course, the wildest part of the story is that some folk say they saw a man in the fog, pointing and shouting, like he was telling it what to do. Now there's plenty of rumors as to who he is, but whenever that fog goes rollin' back east the way it came, they say it's to the lair of the Wizard of the Fog." ~ Random wise dude
Yeah, this was just a little idea I had while wrestling with writer's block. Remember this guy?

Of course you don't, but this guy here is his father, Paracaesar. See, he found his bid for world domination in an old pre-Backlash research facility where they were experimenting with creating wholly gas-based life forms. Paracaesar got it working and made a sentient cloud of poisonous fumes, seen above, which he uses to steal supplies for himself and his research.
