Ahh I'm so proud of how this turned out!! <3
I had to shrink it down and it lost some detail when I optimized it for the icon, so I wanted to share the bigger and more detailed version c:

This was 28 frames of tears because I haven't animated in so long LOL

There are many ways to make them - it really depends on how your art program makes gifs and what features it has available to help you make them. I suggest looking at some tutorials on deviantart, YouTube, and google!
