Description
So, after several days of doing housework for a rental inspection and not being online, I'm finally back, and this time, with something to submit! Gasp!I tried my hand at a scenebuild once more, plus it's yet another tribute picture to Fallout Equestria. While I feel like there could have been much more done to make this better, this still came out alright.
