Description A TROPICAL MAGICIANNN who's also a grand thief and uses his magic for no goooood. he's very very very good at hiding and getting away with his schemes. 

I'm so bad at costumes and outfits and humans so I'm trying to draw more instead of filling this challenge up with monsters ksjdf
