I used Paint Tool Sai to draw and Ezimba.com to animate.

Thanks! I use Piskel to animate but it's more for making retro style sprites. I actually have a few that I'd like to upload, but I can't find the flash drive that they're on (and besides they don't exactly look that pretty)... ...However, I do have one that I'm currently working on and think it will be pretty cool. Anyway as usual your work is awesome and I can't wait to see the next piece!

I say upload them if you ever find them. Unless you're here for business reasons, Deviantart is a pretty good website for archiving your overall artistic progress.
