Quick ref of my storm spirit character
She doesn't have a name yet but I am considering Eppie

She controls the local weather, is very easily distracted, and quite temperamental. Her hair darkens and crackles when she is angry, and the bottom of her dress will also begin to whip around frantically.

I've had this character since july 20 2014 but never felt skilled enough to draw them until now! I want to draw her on everything
