Description For my friend's birthday I gave him this little black book. I did one design, with the rule that he had to fill the next page with his own design which incorporated one element from the previous and hand it over next time he saw me and so on and so on.

This is my second design. I am loving this process. It's a tiny little book, so it doesn't take long to do a page, and seeing what the other person does with a section of your image is really interesting.

This is an alternate version of something I've been messing around with lately for an album cover which has been collaged and reworked with a bit of pen over aerosol.

God DAMN That's nice! I'me feeling every element of it. The little dot fade type thing at the end is off the hook.

but on question if you do the back and for thing and they use one element from your collage what do they do try to remake that peice? or do you not glue/paste it on and they take it?

I can choose any section or detail I like from my friend's design, and can incoprorate it into my own design either by re-drawing it, or scanning it and reprinting it. This time I scanned, reprinted and cut and pasted a small section. I can choose a large or small element too, it doesn't matter, just as long as there's a visible reference to the previous design.

Does that make sense?
