It's controversy. She lives among mage community but is just a simple witchcraft shopkeeper. She's also an investor, a broker-dealer.
That being said, she's more like business person than a witch.

She kinda low key reminds me of the shopkeeper in konosuba, but if you incorporated a story from this character is she more light hearted or serious?

Let's see...not exactly cheerful nor serious but more like a gentle and easygoing person despite the intimidate look.
If I had to create a story, she will be a support character who could steal the chapter/episode once appears.
