I finally found some time to practice despite having a F***** up computer at the moment. There wasn't much work in the office to be done at the moment so I tried coloring the lineart I made of Non-Non based from the Creator's LAbo figure I got some time ago.

I believe I've said it most of the times but I'll say it again. I really like how you render the skin.It have this nice vibrant feel to it that is really soothing.
However it seems that some of the parts are a lil off. The gold strips seems ok but there are certain areas that appears to be stiff, considering the curves and all. The emboss effects on the gold strips somehow backfire on my opinion. They seem to not blend well with how you render the dress. Also the hair, I think that is not your usual execution.
Still a practice is a practice. I'm guessing that your exploring an alternate method from your usual style which is a good alternative.
Just never loose track of what "works" and what "not" since new dosen't means better.
