General Waylon. That's who he is known as in T.H.R.A.L.L. Before the formation of the association, he was simply Waylon, officer of the N51. He was close to being granted the position of EXO among the N51, but due to a failure of intelligence, leadership, and completion of his mission, he was stripped of his rank and almost every possession he had before being exiled into the wastelands of Nevada.

From there, he wandered, killed, and nearly fell to cannibalism as he made his way to the edge of Nevada, where Nowhere was all that remained. Before he could think of casting himself into Nowhere, two shadowy figures emerged from the light and made him an offer: pledge his loyalty to them, and he would be able to lead again and forge his own army in his own image. The rest, of course, is history...
