Description
Here's a dessert using the local blackberries. The bottom is a white chocolate risotto, with some blackberries inside. Then it's topped with coconut mousse which I pipped into rows as in the photo. I airbrushed it with purple and then dusted with a bit of gold dust. It's served with raspberry coulis and coconut sorbet.Related content
