According to your description; It says you painted this person's character in one day. So I assume you got this artwork done in one day. So you must of spend the whole day working on this Artwork. Am I right or Am I wrong?

ahh sorry, that was meant to read as getting around to painting them when I had time for it.
probably spent 15-20hrs on this one over a couple of weeks after work.

Going back to the old days once again, haha. It certainly has been one of your more recurring, newer themes in your artwork as of late.
Must say the detail in the pose and the clothes look great. I myself am not a particular fan of the olden style of clothes and times and such (more of a modern guy myself to be honest) but you certainly put your heart and soul into your subject matter no matter the case. This definitely has a lot of carefully crafted attention incorporated into it, and no doubt your friend enjoys this 100%. Especially love the grayscale and the shadowing going on here, dude.

yeah I don't think I can wear those threads today (looks like it takes too much time hahaha) It is a fun period to draw from though, and finding references from his original character to put into this piece.

Ah man, you are good at what you do This fellow is really impressive. Took me a while to figure out his bottom jaw - it kept disappearing in the dark and looking funny, but other than that, just another example of your awesome work

can be tricky since all our monitors are different with brightness and values. One thing I probably could of done was lighten the background there to make the lower pop more :0
