photoshop :3
any version is good, 6, 7 or CS 2 (9)
but you do need a tablet to draw quickly and smoothly D:
i had my first pics done with the mouse, granted, spent hours to refine the details T_T (not mellomatts, that was long ago)
what else... no vectors, no, no way. i mean - in these pics - no Flash Macromedia or Corel Draw tools. or even photoshop vector "pen tool"
i use the scans with pencil or pen drawings for lineart or draw the outlining in photoshop
but! the lineart in the "lum cream", "birthday-fuckirthday" and "mattkips" was done in Manga Studio :3 but you can have the same result with the simple black gel pen. draw, scan, multiply the layer in photoshop, done
i just draw faster with the tablet pen than with the usual pen XD
to color i use photoshop only :3
