A Dragonair character that I named Mercurio. Wearing a Shell Bell, though I wasn't sure if I should include it or not. But I think it makes him look more unique... ._. He's supposed to be a ladies' man, lol.So twisted, but charming
So scandally clad
I'd love to see it all
But I'd rather keep you in my bed
