AND ZOOM IN FOR BETTER QUALITY--

Neptune hopes to be a bipedal one day! He loves swimming so he definitely hopes to have a physique suited to that of a swimmer seriously I named him after the god of the sea if he wasn't a wyngro made for the sea id question him and myself
I'm gonna have to draw a lot of wyngro to get those rosettes /cracks knuckles
