My first commission for This one of her BNHA oc Hotaru and Shouto Todoroki. Not sure if Shouto gives off steam from his right side when he touches her hair, but I thought it was cute ^_^;Hope you like it!

I already loved the sketch but now I love it even more especially after reading the steam bit, I mean she does let off steam herself when she gets wet so why not his right side as well? XD
that's actually a very cute idea ;w; now I'm just picturing him patting her head and all the steam just coming off his hand, shed be so concerned the first time that happens why is that so amusing to me now xD
