All of my tooth pain is in that ball and I am begging her to take it away. Yes, I'm relying on any means necessary at this point, even magic.

I didn't have insurance either Marcus but at some point the pain is so unbearable that you find money you don't have which is what happened to me. I spent 400 dollars to have them pull the tooth only to learn that my roots and teeth were so fused together that 4 hours later the tooth was still in my head! The dentist sent me to a surgeon free of charge, who's care I'm STILL under.
Last month I did get Delta Dental, costs me 28 bucks a month and basic care is free! (Xrays, cleanings, etc.) Cavities are paid at 70 percent. So, after a co-pay of around 75 bucks, your cavities are really cheap, like 30 dollars. Look them up Marcus, "Delta Dental". Get the basic PPO otherwise it's not really insurance and will cost you more, but without a waiting period. Look it up and it will make sense to you.

Well damn...I'm glad that you're out of pain at least, but I'm most definitely gonna have to look into Delta Dental. It's be SOOOOOOOO long since I've been to a dentist...he/she will probably cuss me out once they see the state my mouth is in!

OMG, you poor thing BUT you are right , the moral of it all is NOT to wait and go regulary.
You should have seen the state of my teeth, finaly after YEARS of fear I went to the Dentist this spring and it was not that bad, teeth pulled , bridges in and beautiful smile again.
I do hope you feel better soon.
