Good god... I drew and coloured something and finished it in under a week. And its not completely misfortunate looking!

The muse must favour me right now.

A realistic rendition of my RP character which is a Naga version of Syaoran Li.

Sketch was done on Sunday then been working on the colours slowly and steadily over the week.

The background of course is a stock photo (but I can't remember where because I never keep a list of where I get my stock from. I'm useless like that) and the tail was made using the clone brush from a python skin image I found on google. Clothes are also made from various fabric textures and the feather and chinese symbols and snake marking are pasted on.

Everything else is done by yours truly.

Nitpicks:

I cannot draw or paint hands at all. They're too small and the colouring is messy. But bleh I don't think even if I kept at it I'd be able to improve it by much.

The tail starts to taper too quickly in the middle coil making it too thin. Can't really fix it though without starting over which I'd prefer not to do.

Not keen on the tunic shading. I had a go but fabric is not my speciality either really.

For some reason he looks like Daniel Radcliffe At least to me. Maybe its the floppy 'Harry' hair. This was not intentional.

I couldn't seem to make the third eye look deep enough so it still seems a touch too 2D.

Messy neck colouring that comes from not having a reference to work off and having to guess shading placement.
