This is forsorry it took so long I kinda forgot about it and i lost the original drawing...
I couldn't continue the other requests without finishing this first cuz ayexist is already beating me to death 
This is Minato Arisato from the game Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3
I wanted to give him cooler clothes but ended up making him look like a hearse driver
If u love this game and the manga try watching Persona trinity soul.. the story takes place 10 years after the game with some familiar characters from the game
