I just print out my own stencil, cut it out and fill it with paints.
It's quite simple so You should try.
I think You're talented and You'll have no problems with it

I alter the photograph in photoshop (or something like that) to get it black and white with no gray. I print it out (on normal paper with my own printer) and than cut out what's black. So You see, it's not difficult
