Description
Once upon a time a cosmea flower mysteriously fell into a lake.At the same time the fish prince was out for a swim, when he saw the beautiful flower he swam closer.
He said " Greetings, I am the fish Prince. "
The cosmea did not answer and continued her dance deeper into the lake.
The fish prince followed and tried once more to get her attention.
" Your fins are as beautiful as mine. Be my bride and we shall rule this lake together!"
But the flower still ignored him.
"How Rude!" thought the prince before he swam home again.

it was supposed to be A fish with flower petals as scales but that would have been too much work than I have time for right now

That's a very pretty fish, flower is pretty too. I like the colors. fish reminds me of a goldfish or bulbeta, Siamese fighting fish.

Yes, My friend had a fish that I thought of when drawing it, I don't know what it was called, but it might have been a fighting fish, because he had to live in a separate bowl from the others.
But this one was mostly just made up

I had a pet fish once called a bull beta, I have no idea how to spell it, it's related to the siamese fighting fish, very pretty and colorful but can't be with other fish or else it will attack and kill each other. This looks like a cross bewtween a gold fish and that fish. The flower is also pretty. You're welcome.

It's hard on a fish when rejected by a flower (as he perceives it ((the rejection)).) I imagine especially for a prince among fishes.
