I wanted to have a simple blue tone in this painting. the original reference pic is in colour. I'm not sure if this is off his album cover?Acrylic on canvas.

I really love the blue tones you used and the sharp contrast of the blacks <3 Really gorgeous. How you captured all the little subtle lines of his face is amazing-- it almost looks sculpted because of it.

Thank you so much. I think blue and black go nicely together which is why I chose that hue. For some reason blue shading seems to make a figure 'pop' out.
