Sorry all for not writing this description soon, so I see that the outfit make you confused a little bit.I know it's not the original Ao Dai. In my mind at first, I want to draw a really traditional one, without the "coat" outside. But then, this artwork is the entry for a contest that I have to draw a stylized traditional suit.
So, that's how I stylize our Ao Dai. Trying to keep as many things unchanged or similar as well.

I am very impressed with this image. You are an exceptional artist and have a wonderful sense of light and dark. What really caught my eye about this image is the drum head pattern behind the female character. It shows not only the quality of craftsmanship that our ancient ancestors were capable of doing, it also showed our original written language, văn khoa đẩu" 文蝌蚪, which came even before chữ Nôm. There is a I Ching hexagram hidden in that drum head as well. Really fascinating. Thank you very much for sharing your art with the world.

Mình không biết vẽ nhưng mà mình thấy hoa văn trên áo chi tiết quá, thật quá làm nó nổi bật và hơi chỏi với cô gái. Nhưng dù sao cũng phải công nhận bạn "super" thiệt! ^^
