Coming from an SS fan I can see why some fans would be mad at this because it was confirmed Karin isn't the mother, but so what this is her opinion. She likes SK she can think whatever she wants and it is her art.
If people don't like it then move on from the photo and go look at something more to your liking instead of being rude. Besides when this picture came out it was about the time people were wondering who Sarada's mother was so SK fans took it to fanart etc, she shouldn't have to go back and change what is said in the description. She is entitled to do whatever, if we don't like it then move on to something else.

Anyway I thought, well maybe Sakura is barren? So they used one of Karin's eggs and impregnated Sakura that way. But we'll see, or maybe that was actually Sarada's umbilical cord so all she found out was that she's a match to herself xp

Well honestly when it Comes to Genes I hope Karin is the Mother cause Uchiha/Uzumaki is a better Combo then Uchiha/Sakura's Family (sorry, forgot their Name). But I also think that Sakura is the better Mother in Terms of Love and Caring (hope Karin has a good Reason for abandoning her Daughter). And since non of Sakuras Skills are because of her Family everyone could lern them, making Sarada a potential Uchiha/Uzumaki-Combo, who punches hard
