This dragon can only be found in caves that contain manacrystals. Zailuths eat the crystals as part of their diet. They store the crystals in their throatpocket, that contains a special acid before it can be digested in their stomach. The male Zailuth uses the energy of the crystals to send out waves of energy to attract mates. Females use the crystalenergy for producing eggs. Zailuths are virtually blind, they can see with so called 'gem-echolocation'. The gems on the body and around them send waves of energy that bounces off and back again. The principal of gem-ecolocation is the same as bats use. The skin of Zailuths is pearlessant like. It reflects light very easely. It can even change it's colors depending on what color of crystals it eats.DONE!!! This is my entry for =Ruth-Tay 's contest. Design an unusual dragon. x) This little guy did not wanted to be colored >.< Left it for a while, then tried to color it again today. Ran out of time soooo, it's a bit of speedpaint x). Was a lot of fun though. Blues and greens are hard >.< . Texture belongs to =bashcorpo

Certainly is quite unusual, the design of it is quite cool! I really like the color choices for it, too, they look nice together I think. And that's one interesting and awesome pose!
